Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at lunexfirt@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24 to 48 business hours with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
